Does The Barn at Five Star Stables offer wedding planning services?

Yes. We have a wedding coordinator on staff ready to assist in your pre-planning and wedding day needs. Our wedding coordinator is included in our package price.

What is the maximum rental time at The Barn at Five Star Stables?

Access to our venue begins at 7:00 AM and ends at 11:00 PM.

What is your bar policy?

North Carolina law requires that all alcohol be served by a licensed bartender. We partner with a local bartending service that can accommodate all your alcohol serving needs, including permits and beverage options. Bartender services are not included in our pricing.

Is an ABC alcohol permit included in pricing?

No. ABC alcohol permits are not included in our pricing. Clients are required to obtain alcohol permits as needed; our coordinator can guide you.

Is there Wi-Fi access?

Yes. Wi-Fi access is available on request.

Is wedding event insurance included?

Wedding event insurance is not included. Couples and event holders must purchase the necessary insurance. Our coordinator can provide suggestions.

Do you have a preferred vendor list?

Yes. Our preferred vendor list is available upon booking.

Are pets allowed?

Pets may participate in the ceremony, but not the reception. After the ceremony, pets need to be leashed, kenneled, and cared for by the client for the entirety of the event.

Do you offer overnight accommodations?

We do not offer on-site overnight accommodations. We provide a list of nearby options upon booking.

Do you offer transportation services?

We do not offer transportation services, but we can share local recommendations upon booking.

Is there a plan for inclement weather?

Yes. We have an organized plan in place in case of inclement weather.

Is the reception area ADA compliant?

Yes. Our reception area is ADA compliant.

Is accessible parking available?

Yes. We have ample parking on the venue grounds, including reserved spaces for the couple and designated areas for vendors.
